About us
The Farmacotherapeutisch Overleg (FTO) brings together family physicians, pharmacists, and invited healthcare professionals to discuss the clinical challenges we encounter in everyday practice. Each meeting focuses on a topic of local relevance, combining expert presentations, current evidence, and open discussion to explore how we can improve care for patients in St. Maarten.
The aim is to strengthen collaboration between healthcare professionals, encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience, and ensure that patients benefit from consistent, evidence-informed care across the healthcare system. By learning from one another and considering the realities of local practice, the FTO supports better clinical decision-making and improved patient outcomes.
